Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping – Excluding International Shipments

You can expect your order to arrive within 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Orders under $100 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $9.90 flat rate standard shipping charge.

Orders over $100 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping – Excluding International Shipments

You can expect your order to arrive within the times specified by Australia Post for Express Shipping, based on your location.

Orders under $100 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $14.90 flat rate express shipping charge.

Orders between $100–200 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $5.00 flat rate express shipping charge.

Orders over $200 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free express shipping.

Tracking and Delivery

We ship your goodies through Australia Post or StarTrack, depending on the delivery location.

All orders include parcel tracking, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping

Express International Shipping

International shipping is sent Express and charged at the estimated cost price.

The cost of shipping depends on the total weight of your order.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon receipt.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the destination country’s regulations regarding taxes and duties on parcels shipped from Australia.

Customs Clearance

If your order is held in customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local customs office and arrange for the parcel to clear customs.
