Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping – Excluding International Shipments
You can expect your order to arrive within 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Orders under $100 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $9.90 flat rate standard shipping charge.
Orders over $100 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free standard shipping.
Express Shipping – Excluding International Shipments
You can expect your order to arrive within the times specified by Australia Post for Express Shipping, based on your location.
Orders under $100 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $14.90 flat rate express shipping charge.
Orders between $100–200 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $5.00 flat rate express shipping charge.
Orders over $200 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free express shipping.
Tracking and Delivery
We ship your goodies through Australia Post or StarTrack, depending on the delivery location.
All orders include parcel tracking, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@28nskincare.com or in the Form, and we’ll investigate immediately.
International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected regions. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary depending on the destination.
Shipping rates are calculated as follows:

-Standard International: ¥150 CNY (Free for orders over ¥600 CNY)
-Express International: ¥270 CNY (Free for orders over ¥1,000 CNY)
United States
-Standard International: $30 USD (Free for orders over $85 USD)
-Express International: $45 USD (Free for orders over $150 USD)
Canada
-Standard International: $40 CAD (Free for orders over $100 CAD)
-Express International: $60 CAD (Free for orders over $200 CAD)
New Zealand
-Standard International: $30 NZD (Free for orders over $150 NZD)
-Express International: $55 NZD (Free for orders over $250 NZD)
Malaysia
-Standard International: RM110 MYR (Free for orders over RM330 MYR)
-Express International: RM160 MYR (Free for orders over RM600 MYR)
Europe (selected countries)
-Standard International: €25 EUR (Free for orders over €90 EUR)
-Express International: €45 EUR (Free for orders over €150 EUR)
Singapore
-Standard International: $34 SGD (Free for orders over $100 SGD)
-Express International: $50 SGD (Free for orders over $200 SGD)

Shipping Delays & Customs
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance, local courier handling, or other factors outside of our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delays may occur, particularly for international shipments.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon receipt.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the destination country’s regulations regarding taxes and duties on parcels shipped from Australia.
Customs Clearance
28N SKINCARE is not responsible for items held in customs.
If your order is held in customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local customs office and arrange for the parcel to clear customs.
